What they asked for:
An array of marketing campaigns and events with highly trained promotional staff.
What we did:
Various experiential campaigns such as fashion shows with live dj’s and exciting live events such the opening of an on-site skate park, we assisted and setup the events with a team of pro-active thrill seeking promotional staff.
As well as all of the events that really set Ealing Broadway apart, we were also involved with their usual calendar events such as Valentine's Day goody giveaway, Easter egg parade, egg hunt as well as launching their free wi-fi service.
All staff were required to be CRB/DBS checked as there would be a lot of interacting with children and minors as well as expecting high levels of commitment to each activation. All staff were handpicked from the 2000 strong IE database, tailored to suit each activation that came through. Our Valentines promo staff were the most romantic, our bunnies the hoppy-ist and our wi-fi promoters’ tech savvy and all were briefed and armed with the knowledge they required to do a fantastic job and encourage shoppers to take part in great events.
Outcome:
Each event that took place was a success with detailed reports filled in by the event managers being fed back to the client through IE. These reports were vitally important and tracked the success of each event with important statistics being detailed within each piece. Overall every event was successful with reaction from the visitors and the client consistently proving to be positive.
