What They Asked For:

An exciting and engaging way to promote the go-smarter to work campaign through experiential events.

What We Did:

Professional brand ambassadors were recruited and joined by a coffee barista and branded promotional coffee cart, handing out free cups of coffee to employees and employers with information giveaways about Go Smarter.  Pattinson Industrial Estate and Hertburn Industrial Estate in Northumberland were targeted with photos being uploaded to Twitter and Facebook with data collated by the promotional staff.

Rather than wait for employees and employers to come out to the cart, our brand ambassadors decided to gain access to office and company buildings in order to engage with as many people as possible.  Poor weather might have acted as a deterrent in many cases but our promotional staff powered through, engaging with as many employees and employers as possible with the free literature and information as well as, of course, the free coffee drink.

Outcome:

The 2 day activity resulted in over 100 with businesses being visited and over 300 travel surveys compeleted.  The campaign was such a sucess it has now been rolled out for 5 other areas for Go Smarter.
